Photography workshops

I believe experience is the best educator. I didn’t go to college to study photography, heck, I haven’t even picked up a book about it. 

Whilst there are GREAT photography college courses in Kent for people with a love for photography, I am offering quick photography workshops where you can quickly learn new skills and develop your passion.

I’m preparing a hands on workshop style photography course,  for Kent photographers who want to step up their photography. 

All you need is 1 camera body, 1 lens, a battery and a memory card! I shoot Nikon mirrorless, but you’re welcome to use whatever brand you wish of camera you have at your disposal. As long as you can have full manual control over your camera settings (shutter speed, aperture and iso) then you’re set!

I will provide amazing models, subjects and locations to enable you to have the best learning experience possible. 

At the start of the day, I will help set up everyones cameras after a quick introduction to manual mode in a classroom setting.

What subjects shall we cover?

I’m still in the planning stages but if you’re interested please sign up for my mailing list at the bottom of this page and more details will be provided once workshops are again safe to continue. 

I love portrait photography and street photography. So we will be concentrating on them.

We will also be dabbling with a bit of off camera flash. This might sound daunting but believe me, it’s actually rather simple! Think of flash as adding a little bit of soft natural light. Flash is best when it’s not immediately obvious it is flash.
